I won't to learn anothe languge, but I won't finish learning faster as it happen usually ???

Learning other languages is difficult, but total immersion is the best way. Taking classes is good for learning structure and forms, but until you practice speaking it with someone in conversation routinely, what you learn in class will only be stilted and very "formal" sounding.
If you travel somewhere, spend some time just being with another group is the best way.

What? Perhaps you are trying to learn english grammar first?
Try Rosetta stone or another language learning CD set first. If you are still interested enroll in a class and immerse yourself.
