Thank you for rating my question as bad. I guess a guy in his 40s dont have any chance to share his discovery within himself! Bad question but I'll give you an opinion.
Since the vagina is plumper then you have more sensation in your bady when you are with a female.
But OMG why would you want to be with something that looks like it was the model for the Alein movies. Just kidding ladies.
Anyway if her vagina is plumper there could be a medical problem that she should get a doctor to check for her so if I were you I would try to address this with your partner so she can get a checkup.
