Uh, what would be odd about it? Sounds like your uncle identifies as a queer woman.

If you mean a sex change. NO this is not at all unusual. Many "
transgenders" regret losing their manhood after the operation and seek out the comfort of female companionship once again. They claim that they have discovered that they were " really a lesbian trapped in a man's body"

Gender identity and sexual preference are two separate topics. One does not exactly affect the other. I just think it's really cool that your 60 year old unclde is now your 60 year old aunt. I hope she's happy!

no its not odd at all. gender identity and sexual orientation are seprate issues. your uncle was a straight man and is now a lesbian woman. i was considered a gay man before but i consider myself a straight woman. this is a normal thing. and it proved that the two issues are indeed separate

From what I've heard, the ratio of trans women attracted to men vs. trans women attracted to women is the same as the rates for non-transgender women, and likewise for men.
Unfortunately, I don't have a citation handy.

Not at all. I always say there are as many kinds of sexuality as there are people in the world.
She IS a woman, who just happens to be gay.
