I have a Gateway Media Center PC that worked fine up until a few days ago. I turn it on and it's stuck in a permanent boot cycle, it goes up to the boot screen then restarts. I removed it from my computer ant tried to hook it up to another machine as an external drive, and I see the recovery d: folder and have full access to it, but when I try to access the e: drive, where all of the data is, I get the message "The files or directory is corrupt" and I have no access. I have about 300gb of data on it, how can I get access to it to get my info?

Your file table is probably gone. Just go to the backups that anybody who had 300GB of data (other than a complete idiot) would have made.
