Is it Bruce Almighty? Yes, that's right, I saw it WAY after it came out (do the DVD thing). It's just the part with the newscast that really gets me - I laughed so hard I was crying.

funniest movie ive seen would be Talladega Nights...made me laugh alot...Will Farrel is hilarious....the movie was really stupid but what the hell, made me laugh.
