first, i would take into account what type of business would make me most happy.

second, i'd check out what sorts of businesses could go into the zoning of that particular storefront.

third, i would really study the particular area demographics, in order to know what people in that area would buy.

fourth, i would look at what my competition is doing.

fifth, and most of all (for me, that is), since i want to make money, i'd most likely open a very specialized sort of store, such as one that has professional (but retail prices) sound equipment. i had the hardest time in the world finding a store that sells turntables and their styluses! it sure had a crowd in it every time i stopped in!

Cash from Kevin as the news reporter on the ABC called it, will be spent on: * two new tyres for our brumbrum and * electrical work to fix the light and exhaust fan in the second bathroom. There has been a fault in the wiring for the past year and we haven't been able to afford to have it fixed. The kids have been showering during the day or by candle light. I can't wait, we have been planning/getting quotes for the work ever since the economy stimulus package was first announced on the news.

Check in on a movie business. The start up cost is a little high, but it can be well worth it. It depends on how many movie rental stores there are around that area. I started my own in a town of 3,000 people with one other rental store already there and i do well enough to live on. Again check quantity of rental stores around u. There is a town close by that has 20,000 people and they can support 3.

I need a little more info. What do you enjoy doing? Iis there anything else around? I wanted to always open a small restarant or a small mom and pop store with plate lunches. If its upscale, what about a day spa?
