Dreams are our sub concious. They are not going to be something straight forward otherwise it wouldnt be a dream.
There are different types of dreams..
The reason they happen is because we are confused about something or excited about something, Scared about something or just worried.. Whatever.
Things like boredom dreams are the worst since you dream about what your going to do that day after you wake up and dream the routine. Then when you wake up you are like "oh no I have to do this day again! Once in my dream is enough!"
They happen sometimes because maybe your life is like a routine or your in a job which is nailed in your mind.
Excited dreams are also bad because they leave you disapointed in the end.
Like if in a week or so your going to France or whatever you dream about the day your getting ready and stuff.. then when she get to the part of being in the plane or landing in the place.. the dream stops.
This is obvious why it happens.. why is stops is because you havent experianced that part just yet..
Sub concious dreams are a bit frightning in many ways..
They are the ones that give hidden messages.. they hide things your brain is trying to answer but is stored right in the back of your mind.
They should a scene and this scene can concern you... you may end up going to sleep and seeing it again and again because your trying to figure it out Sub conciously.
When you have it disapears.
As for nightmares.. they are a bit like Subconcious dreams..
They are things in your mind which has concerned you recently or years ago.
They are scary because it feels almost real.. they sometimes change around the end of the dream where you have more control to change it though so no worries.. You experiance these even when you dont fear these things no more or havent feared these things in ages.
Other dreams can be experianced like the dreams which are happy where you are like dreaming of the most blissful things.
:D Okay?

sure, some desires practice you premonitions, others practice you previous existence reports, some practice you your fears you maximum conquer, yet maximum have a resemblance for your waking existence, for instance in case you describe me your dream, i'd be able to inform if you're having issues and what is going to you do to perfect those issues. i can many times tell destiny predictions by desires, yet they're many times small predictions because maximum desires are like that, it truly is the reason we've diverse. If any desires have a deep result on you, those are frequently the needs that are significant.

It was Freud's idea that dreams had meaning. Dreams have to have their true meaning cloaked in "dreamworks" (the crazy stuff that has no meaning) to protect the ego from the truth. It would be too traumatic for our conscious mind to fully understand how primal the id in us really is...
That was his theory anyways.
In all honesty, dreams are just clearning out information we didn't file away during the day. Everything you think, see, hear... etc.. Has to be fully processed. Dreams help us to do that. Our mind goes intooverdrive and files away all the stuff we don't need.
That's why things in our sleeping environment become incorporated into our dreams like your alarm going off or the phone rining... And it's why you dream of things you saw the day before...

Well, if you believe dreams tell us important messages, then this goes along with that theory:
Our dreams protect us; they censor things that would be too difficult for us to deal with. After all, we are resting when this happens.
For example, say you hate your boss. Rather than dreaming about murdering him, you might dream that you were waving goodbye to him as he left on a train.
That's why dreams aren't straightforward.
That is an old idea though. Now it's more commonly accepted in science that dreams have no meaning.

Im not sure what sort of dreams u r having but if they are starting to bother u in such a way maybe you should invest in a book of dreams to try and help you work things out,it would be great if our dreams would come out and say just what they mean but life is not as simple as that. good luck lol.

Be careful about overly interpreting them - only in the Freudian view are dreams 'meaningful' and only then on a very personal, case-by-case, basis.

Sometimes dreams don't mean anything. there just a reflection of oneself. Like looking in a mirror.
