during lunch this guy who is a year older than me comes up to me nd points nd laughs because I am half asian and half white he gets some of his friends and they laugh and point making a whole scene I know the kid but were not close as u can tell
they really hurt my feelings and i dont find it funny

You have a few options:
Tell a teacher or guidance counselor.
Start pointing and laughing right back at him.
Tell him that you know he really likes you and that's why he's doing it.
(Because that is why he is doing it) Boys are so dumb.

First of all, THIS GUY HAS A CRUSH ON YOU! Believe me, I know how this game is played.
I would take an opportunity, when you are 1 on 1, to look him square in the eye and tell him to "knock it the **** off!"

that's horrible, you should go up to him and tell him to know it off because he hurt your feelings and if he don't apoligize and stop then he's not a real friend and you should stop talking to him. there's nothing funny about it.
