Sounds like it has happened more than once. You dont have to put up with that kind of abuse. But you must learn to forgive. You can stay/go, but forgive for yourself. If you dont forgive then that will have control over you for the rest of your life. Dont be bound by someone elses sin. Get free and stay free.

allow? if you're allowing it, then is it really cheating? If you meant how many times you CATCH the spouse cheating on you before you leave, that depends on you. Only you can make that decision. Just keep in mind, there's a reason for the saying "once a cheater, always a cheater". You just might not always catch 'em.

I don't allow my spouse to cheat period. Once whether it isphysical, or just sexual emails to other women is enough. His azz would be gone. If he is doing it via Internet, I would get rid of the computer and see what happens next. With him being my true love and the love of my life it would hurt really bad to give up on him, but if I took him back he would think it was okay and still cheat.

Years ago, I would have answered this differently. I was married and my wife cheated on me and got pregnant by her lover. I stayed the course until she left me for him.
Now, I would not "allow" my wife to cheat at all, nor would I cheat.
Besides, on does not "allow" spouses to cheat.

I would never tolerate even one time. Once a cheater, always a cheater. Sorry sweets.... Its not worth waking up 5 years from now with a man that you know doesnt love you, and you are miserable. Life is way too short to put up with that crap!

ZERO!!! you want a guy who would NEVER do that to you and you know he wouldn't. Be real...think to yourself, what am I doing with a guy who is off cheating on me? How can I do that to myself? There will be other guys out there who will not cheat on you, ones who love and respect you. Don't be scared to explore different people. He isn't worth it.
