I had bee contacting someone, I thought she was a man, after recognising was a female I have been very upset and cant do anything, it is really devastating, what shall I do?

Begin the healing process, it's okay to be upset about it. Just don't let it get out of control. There's nothing more that you can do, but take it and grow from it as a person. You were hurt, now move on. It's time to heal.

tell her how you feel and say that it really hurt you that she wasn't honest with you. if you DO still have feelings for her, see what happens, if you don't and are straight, then break it off and hangout with your friends and move on. Try to go out and find someone else, but i would suggest that this time you get to known the basics a little quicker so that you don't get hurt.

Move on. Unless you want to be pen pals with this individual. If not, then there is nothing that you can do and you need to move on with your life.
