They are all women and they are all mentioned in the same song ("She's so High" by Tal Bachman).
So let's look at the lyrics:
"She's so high
High above me, she's so lovely
She's so high
Like Cleopatra, Joan of Arc, or Aphrodite
She's so high
High above me
First class, fancy free, she's high society
She's got the best of everything
What could a guy like me ever really offer?
She's perfect as she can be, why should I even bother?"
So, obviously, the songwriter considered these three to be exemplars of perfect womanhood. Otherwise, there is no obvious connection between all three of them:
Two of them are real women; one is a figure from Greek myth (Aphrodite).
Two are ancient; one is medieval (Joan of Arc).

Actually in regards to the actual connection there arei only a few.. The first(Aprodite) came from the Greek civilization. The second(Cleopatra)came from the Hellanistic Civilization when it was being absorbed by the Roman. The third(Joan of Arc) came from the French Civilization. The Greek civilization was on of the first in Europe and set the pace for our type of developement and attitudes. It then developed into the Hellanistic civilization after the conquests of Alexander the Great. This in turn was absorbed by the Roman civilization. The French civilization is considered to have carried on the traditions of such and is regarded as a sucsessor civilization to these others. Also these three women were in some kind of power position, either real or mythical.
Those three women were all women in power. Aphrodite was the goddess of Love in ancient Greece. She was the a sister of ZEUS and being a goddess was considered very powerful and had temples and sacrifices in her honour. She also had a hand in the Trojan War. Cleopatra(VII of Egypt) was queen of Egypt which, although not nearly as powerful as it was in the past, was a moderately powerful country, very very wealthy, had a very good navy and had influence with the supreme power of the day-Rome. Cleopatra had a hand in the civil war between the members of the second triumphant-OCTAVIAN and ANTONY
Joan of Arc commanded French armies, had influence over the Daphene of France and was heavily involved in war against the English and Burgundians.
The first two:Aphrodite and Cleopatra have another thing in common. Aphrodite was the goddess of love(and sex). Cleopatra was a very famous lover in history. She had affairs with Julius Ceasar, Mark Antony , assorted Roman officers and was married to two of her brothers. Althought in the later there is no evidence of sex between them. Incidently she started her apprenticeship at the age of 12 when she went to learn the art of love in a brothel.
But probably in the minds of most people, the two most common things between them are: All three are women who are admired for some reason by men and women throughout history. APHRODITE:for her status in mythology and her association with love and sex. CLEOPATRA: for her alluring sexuality, her political machinations and her part in the drama of history. JOAN OF ARC: for her prowess in war, her piety and chastity and her maytradom. Second of all, is the fact that all three women are among the best known women in history and are up there with the very most famous figures of all time. Hope this helps.

Although Aphrodite was not an actual person, all three women have commanded authority in a patriarchial society. The stongest connection to these women is their mistique. But, nothing more seems to connect them.
