My niece lost her gag reflex at the age of 5, after falling face-first with a sucker in her mouth. She's much older now. A couple of weeks ago, on a dare from my nephew, she took the full length of a banana all the way into her mouth with no reflex whatsoever. I have to say, I was very impressed.

Absolutely not. You'll be very popular. Most guys dream of things like this happening to them but it never does. My advice would be to be circumspect about your talents if you're worried about a bad reputation but otherwise not to worry.
