How do you beat the hot rods in window with the house tha is on fire at the Time River?

They're hard, it might take a few tries, but try leveling up by a level or two, then head back. Stock yourself with potions and give some to Goofy and Donald. Enter the battle and defeat the shadow heartless and when the cars come start hacking away at them when they begin to honk their horn, watch where they go, after three rams they'll stop breifly, quickly hit them and keep an eye on your HP. After defeating one the other is easier. The key is watch the enemies movement, attack and heal yourself.

If you're only fighting one, have guard equipped and use it to stop the hot rods, and then use a counter attack. If you're fighting 2, then continue to jump over them until one of your party members stops them. Attack whenever possible while they are stopped but watch out for the other hot rod. Try to knock them into the air with (I can't remember what ability it was but i think it was) upper slash.

Keep your characters jumping and attack from the air. Those damn car move around so fast, if you stay grounded you'll get ran over. Keep jumping and slashing, only hitting combos when you are in close and you will be fine.
Chicken little helps too if you have him.

jump over them when they run at you and turn around real quick and hit them-it takes a long time and its hard!!!
