I dried my own dill this past fall... It's very easy! Its the same procedure for drying any herb type.

Cut down plants and stick top down into a paper bag. Rubberband the bag around the stems to sort of "seal" the bag. Store the bag in a DRY, cool place for 6-8 weeks. You may want to hang them up, or sit them on a shelf.

If you dry dill this way, you can get your seeds for next year, also!

You can actually freeze them and they will ratain more flavor than drying them. Go to www.ask.com and go a search engine on how to freeze them.
