how to stop the security program?

Right click on the Icon in the System Tray and then select EXIT. This will turn it off.

it depends which one you have. Try going into the antivirus program and looking for a button that says disable.

Try right clicking on the icon in the process tray (bottom right hand side of the screen). It should give you an option to disable it.
