I had a ovary taken out when I was 16 because of a cyst but the doctors tell me I am fine and healthy and am fine to have kids. However, I have never been on birth control and me and my husband don't hold back or use protection and I have never got pregnant. I know there are ways like invitro and other technologies, but I can't afford that. I can afford a child but not thousands just to get pregnant. I have been sexually active since I was 16 and have never got pregnant. Now I am really trying not hard but I want it really bad and my little sister is working on her second child and it hurts. I just need to know if anyone knows any home remedies that might have helped them concieve that I can try. I have tried sitting with my legs up and counting days to when I can ovulate and plus took prenatel vitamins and nothing has worked. I don't think it is my husband because of the problems I have had when I was younger, but the doctors just say I am fine and it will happen but I am impatient.

Your husband may have a low sperm count. The stress and eagerness can also cause hormones that work against "pregnancy". Stress plays a big part in this problem. Get your husband tested. It's the best option.

Go to your doc./gyn. and ask to be put on Clomid. It took my hubby and I 3.5 yrs. to concieve.They put us through the mill of tests. I was on the highest dose of Clomid when we finally concieved. DON'T GIVE UP HOPE! I was told I would NEVER....EVER have A child much less 2. Today I'm the proud mom of 2.

Have you tried Clomid or Femara? Your health insurance should cover the prescription. They're low-tech but they help. Worked for me twice! Also, use the ovulation tests. You can buy them in bulk and cheap at early-pregnancy-tests.com and they have fast and free shipping for orders over $14.95!

I do know of some herbal things you can try, but I must warn you it is on the side of wiccan beliefs so if you are uncomfortable with it then ignore me. You can get your husband tested. My regular doctor put me on Clomid and with my insurance I pay $10.00 for the prescription. Also there is ovulex all natural. you can go to www.ovulex.com. Good luck!
