Tavernes de la Valldigna - a small town south of Valencia, Spain. It sits nestled at the foot of a mountain at the mouth of a valley which opens to the Mediterranean. I love to sit on the beach and watch and listen to the sea!

any place I can gain a little peace and quiet...

actually since I started meditating.. that place can literally be anywhere..I can close my eyes in nearly!!! all stress-full situations.. drag my whirling mind to a quiet tranquil spot. just by a breathing and picturing the waves breaking on a deserted beach at sunset. or dappled light under trees in summer.. its wonderful and brought my stress levels down so much ....
