Yes I did survive an affair and we are so much better than before, but we are still working on the trust issue that I have with him. But what we had together was worth more than what we went through. People make mistakes and some people do learn from them. It is a long road back, but it can be done if you love each other. Respect is the key to this and making sure that you get the answers to the questions you may have about the affair. Ask all you want and he/she needs to answer them honestly, so you can heal and start to move on. My marriage is better because of what we went through and my husband respects me more and has a new understanding of what a marriage is.

Yes, We did..Hubby had an affair 3.5 years ago..Took some work but our marriage is better then its ever been...Everything has changed but for the better..Sometimes marriages get in a rut and the unthinkable happens.Either you divorce or you see if you can work thru it..theres only 2 options..we choose to work on it..We've been married 17 years and i can say our marriage is GREAT now..

Yes, me and my husband were at each others throat all the time i cheated he forgave me and we continued to argue finally he moved out and i was alone . but we came to the conclusion that we are better off as sex partners we still care alot about each other but we know what its like to be married we haven't got a divorce yet so basically we are still committed to each other but we live separated! and i get it all the time where is before i didn't!

Nope. He cheated once- I wanted to work things out. He cheated again- His stuff was on the lawn. 10 year relationship down the drain because he couldn't keep it in his pants but didn't want to divorce me first. I lost my one time best friend

Yes, I had an affair on my husband and he forgave me and we are stronger and happier them ever before. I was wrong and stupid for it and wished it had never happened. The only way he found out is b/c I told him.Muha! =P

Nope. I still remember things an ex did over 20 years ago. I occassionally recall things from when my wife and I were dating. the question is can she/he forgive and are you really committed. I got caught cheating too.
