It is quite possible that you have to buy the comics in order to view them...
jibjab.com - people are allowed to post certain items - I searched "South Park" and came up with a few "jokes" that were not animated...
you can download then from: surfpack.com
you could also try googling "south park" or whatnot on a google or dogpile image search.
