As opposed to the death penalty and our outrageous war? Does anyone even know the civilian death toll in Iraq anymore?

Well I think respect for life would be to help people live better and without horrible diseases which is why stem cell research is being done-and FYI you can still do stem cell research with umbilical cord cells-And all of those embryos they use will be thrown away anyway so why not use them????And if you got rid of abortion some woman would do it illegally like in the past and caused some serious damage to themselves--can't judge -some woman are raped, or some might die if they have a baby.

There is respect for life now but some people are changing for the worse. This world has been fighting religious wars since the beginning of civilization. We all need to think about what we can do to stop this insane killing and hurting countries just because they do not believe as we do. Everyone has the RIGHT to believe as they do as long as it does not interfere with others beliefs, rights as humans, and their way of life. Everyone must respect other religion's and visa virsa, even those who do not believe in a religion but are good moral people need our respect. God loves us all not just those who believe in Him. So we must all try to love one another by getting to know each other with respect. It's hard to do but we must try for our children and our children's children so with the teachings of all can be known and respected. I pray for us all everyday. Try it...you may like it!

Yes, these are heartless times for humanity, I hate abortions and I hate that people kill babies(unborn babies) for science. If this truly is science then I don't want to be a part of it at all.
I mean is this not like sacrifice? to sacrifice the pure babies for the salvation of a sinful man?
It is like humanity lost all respect for human life and we are slowly exterminating our own race. But there is still hope, hope is the last thing to die but I hope that humanity will see the horrors they are making and find salvation or be punished for their sins when the time comes.

There is absolutely no respect for life whatsoever. The whole western culture is going down the toilet because of our obsession with molly-coddling women. Make them pay for their own damned abortions and there won't be so many of them.
