She strikes me as a big phony. I don't know if she's entitled to anything or not, don't really care. She doesn't impress me one bit. She could at least pretend to be devastated. I don't like her, watch her expressions when she talks.

I heard on E.T. a little while ago if she would be willing to do a DNA on the boy. If he is James' son, there should be no problem, no matter how insulted she is. After all, if he is the real deal, that should solve everything.

She comes across as fake to me too. And she is using that poor little boy. She is just weird...looking & acting.

I think she's truly grieving but she was supposed to know if she was married at the time she "married" James, that the ceremony wouldn't be seen as legal. After she got divorced from that husband, then she should have "remarried" James in a legal ceremony. I also wonder why she was on a retreat and why she wasn't by his side when he died. I saw her on "Larry King Live" the other night and she did come across as a bit fake with her facial expressions-I don't know if she was really crying or acting! Overall, the whole situation is just a mess! Stay tuned!

Whether she was legally married to James Brown or not (apparently she was still married to her first husband when she married Brown), she is mother to his youngest son (age 5). This should give her some monetary standing. As for her emotions, well, everyone handles grief differently and she is no exception. While I don't think she's a fake, I do believe she was in love with the idea of being married to Brown, even if she wasn't in love with him.

We do not know if Tomi Rae Brown was a gold digger or not. But, since Brown had a child with her I believe she should receive some yearly check until the child is 18.

The only info I've ever heard about her is that she was locked out of their house when he died and was forbidden to gain access. Don't know anything else about her sorry.
