First, make sure you are wearing your goggles properly. The strap should go over the crown of your head. Make sure that the nose piece is adjusted to the right size. You want the cups to fit squarely and comfortably on your eyes.

When you are doing a racing dive, throw your hands in front of you and bring them together in a streamline in the air. As you pike down to enter the water, tighten your arms. You should feel your biceps pressing the sides of your face. This will ensure that your hands hit the water first, and open a hole that your body will pass through.

If your goggles are still falling off, adjust your head position. Raise or lower your chin a bit until you find an angle that works for you. If all else fails, you may need to find goggles that fit the shape of your face better. For example, I love padless Swedish goggles, but they always fall off of my brother's face. It's jsut a matter of shape.

Whoever suggesting swedish goggles or whatever...no. Get Speddo racing goggles. They are the best there is. If you wear a swim cap then put the goggles on before thacap. Always make sure to push the lenses in when your swimming. Also Tightne them further than you think will fit on your head. You'll be surprised.

you gotta get competitive goggles. Look into getting some Swedish goggles. They work great for competition. Although some people complain that they hurt a bit because there is no cushion between goggle and face, but i absolutely love them. Next time you are at a big meet, look around at the vendors. They usually sell them for like, 3 or 4 bucks. =]

when you jump you have water push them up so if you have a 2 strapped goggles like it is one strap at the side and about at ur ears it splits into 2 and what you do is you tighten ur goggles and put the bottem strap on the place where ur hair ends on ur neck if your a girl put it under a ponytail and then put the top one on the about 2 in above the tip of ur ear and dive in and it will stay 100% sure.

Make sure you buy goggles with a secure seal in the first place. Hold the goggles firmly against your face, and if they stay in place for a split second - they're the right seal for you.

Two options, you can either tighten your goggles so that they fit onto your face or you can get new goggles. If you go the route of getting new ones I would suggest speedo hydrospex or aquashpere goggles, which stay on like nobodies business.

Also, for future reference, try sticking your goggles onto your eyes without the strap before buying them.

dip the goggles into the pool before going in. make sure to ask the timer after someone dives into the water. get them nice and wet and get them on properly and suction them on. it works every time for me.

tighten them and put them on first, instead of the swim cap. that way the goggles won't fall off because the cap is holding them on =)

When you enter the water, make sure your head is in the right position. I think you need to lower your head a little.

get better goggles, or check if they are tight enough. they should feel like vaccums on you eyes, if they are just sitting there, water will get in and they will come of.
