A rust hole somewhere in behind the dash?

Seal leak somewhere?

Check the drain slots on the bottom of the door. If clogged up, water runs down the window into the door and builds up until it pours out an access hole behind the door panel and into the floor pan. After a good rain, just open the door and pull the weatherstrip away from the door skin slightly. If water runs out, there's the problem... no drainage.
