I am using a computer from IBUYPOWER.com right now and it isnt very loud, It has 6 fans but other than that it is quiet. what kind of sound are you asking about?

My gaming computer is very loud compared to other PCs because ti needs a lot of fans to keep cool. If the ones from that site have lots of fans, yes they will be loud. Either get a less powerful one, or get a watercooled one, or simply deal with it! Just put some loud music or game on and you'll never notice it!!

What noise? Is it a loud buzzing? If so, the fan might be bad.
