Is there a way to access the text of old ebay listings for items that I sold years ago?

Nope, only the last 60 to 90 days.

If you can find the item number somewhere in your history, it would probarly be gray not blue. copy and paste it into the search engine on ebay and it should bring up the item.

Doubtful if it goes back too far.

Ebay would need so much storage space beyond what they already require to be able to archive things for really long periods...
