You were going fast and you can feel it like you would if it was not a dream like the way your stomach feels when you are on a roller coster.Basicly do you feel any thing in your dream I hade a dream like that an I think I got that feeling cause I remembered what that feeling felt like weird dont cha think.

You could have been having on out of body experience, astral projection or lucid dreaming. You should do some research to be able to control these dreams and have fun with them.
