I am nine weeks pregnant and I had symptoms exactly a week after conception! My first symptoms were that I was tired and hungry ALL the time and that I had sore breasts and was urinating frequently. Nausea and bloating came at about week 4.

You can't really tell how long it takes to know when you feel symptoms. Although, it would usually take within a month or a month and a half. The nausea usually takes up to 3 months.
