Wait until they are divorced.

It's only 3 weeks! Will it be THAT hard?

Well--- It depends on the person. You need to decide if the person is ready to date and totally over their former spouse. If their divorce is not final it may be to soon.

Every situation is different but usually divorce is hard on both people and they probably need time to recover. You don't want to make the mistake of being a "rebound" Timing is very important in dating! Good Luck!

There need be no waiting period or mourning period. More than half divorce's end due to dating or cheating while married. However; you should never, ever, get involved with someone at work. Those relationships usually end with one or both being fired, suspended or having to quit due to conflicts.

You should wait a little longer. He's going to fast dating you if he's just now getting a divorce. Doesn't he need sometime to cool off before swinging on the next branch with you? All i gotta say about this is BECAREFUL.

Just as soon as you see the final papers, signed, sealed and delivered. Not a second sooner. Start fresh and have a great life. Beware though, if he divorced one, you may be next!

wait until he for sure is divorced,he may just be using u for emotional support to get up past the divorce, u may just be a rebound girl, until he finally gets out of the marriage. so don't trust it just yet, could backfire at the last minute.

No smart person would jump into a heavy relationship with a recent divorcee. If you have to see this person, work to make it platonic (coffee, walks during the day) for a good long time (like a year) If this person is worth having, he/she is worth waiting for. It is not easy, good luck!

Why are you wasting your time and spinning your tires....It's only about the sex and as soon as he gets it.....He will tell you that He is still married and that He lied about getting a divorce.
