WTF does ones ethnicity have to do with it?
Acceptance criteria for anything should be based primarily on qualifications, demonstrated competence and legal citizenship, not on some arbitrarily derived ethnic breakdown.

Yes, absolutely, at all of them. You'd apply as an international student. Each school's website will have information in their admissions pages for international applicants. It will outline their requirements.

They can go to whatever college they want to. Requirements are the same for all potential students. Check your school's website for admission requirements.

My siblings and I were NEVER accepted to any US university. We are Mexicans/native Americans, BUT then you know what? We never applied........APPLY and be the future. My nieces and nephews are in universities now or have graduated. Time talking, and I hope you have the very best experience.

go to the universities websites that you are interested in
check the requirements...
education is provided everywhere irrespective of sex, age, or race
as long as you have the qualifications, grades, and money
don't listen to these racists that says NO here...
they are ignorant and want others to become like them

i'm from southern california so i for my section love the situation I stay. even though, as quickly as you're a extreme student i could choose for college of Virginia with the aid of reality of its status. it extremely is solid up there with UC Berkeley this is much better perfect of u.s.. do now no longer stick to the gang to San Diego with the aid of reality of its section and each and all of the junk. choose for a school which will open better doorways for you.
