Yep, Bruce is awesome......not that many musicians can have successful careers that span over 30 years.
I saw him live a few years ago, and it was the most high-energy show I've ever been to......3 hours, nonstop, without a break.
In the mid 90's, my friend saw him in Pittsburgh.....afterwards, my friend was at a local bar....the owner of the bar knows Bruce.....Bruce ended up coming to the bar after his show, and putting on another performance at the bar......my friend said it was unbelievable.....he said that you never would have known he was just on stage for 3 hours shortly before that.
Say what you want, but there is a reason he's been around for over 30 years.....he loves what he does, and puts everything his has into pleasing his fans.
