quitting smoking isnt what i relate the problem to, its their product, the way it makes you quit, is it puts some chemical in your body where if you smoke it makes you sick

This cant be a real question can it? Assuming I did believe you just stop using the product. I'm not entirely clear whether its the smokes or whatever your taking to make you quit that's the problem but whatever it is stop using it. How you could ever prove that this product somehow reacts with spaghetti and only spaghetti would be next to impossible and even if you did some how prove it you can really only be reimbursed for the costs associated with buying the products and the spaghetti and the value of not being able to eat spaghetti ever again. Now really how much is that worth? Not enough to make any lawyer in his right mind take the case. Just because you say its worth a million to you doesn't mean that is what it is actually worth. Maybe a couple thousand but that is it. And when you factor in the tens of thousands you would be spending on experts to discuss how this product reacts with spaghetti it wouldn't be worth it.

The only way to get big money, ie. punitive damages is to show the company KNEW that this product would make you unable to eat spaghetti and sold it any way with out warning you, again what do you think the chances of that being true are? Next to nothing, sorry but your spaghetti eating days appear to be over.

Why do you think there's a connection between quitting smoking and being unable to eat spaghetti? Unless you can prove a connection, your chances of winning are small.

It seems like you can eat it, just not digest it. And wasn't the best part just the eating anyway?
