I went up a cup size once my milk came in. I would discourage you from getting one's with underwire in them as they are kind hard to manuver around a hungry baby. I used BestForm, which you can get at Wal-Mart. They were very comfortable and easy to latch and unlatch. I would only buy one until your milk actually comes in, that way if you don't like it or it doesn't fit you haven't wasted a bunch of money on bras that you won't wear

I don't even know why they make underwire nursing bras, they can cause plugged ducts, which lead to mastitis which can cause an abcess which requires surgery--so steer clear of underwire. If you ABLSOLUTLY MUST have underwire, wait until 8 weeks post-pardum, or it can mess with your milk supply.
I was a 36 B/C (depending on the bra) before my 1st son was born I am now a 42 D/DD (again--depending on the bra) after baby #2 My breast got bigger during pregnancy #1 and never went down. They got even bigger during pregnancy #2. (baby # 2 is a 7 week old breastfed baby)
If you are interested I can tell you how to make your own nursing bras from regular bras, no sew and very little sewwing options.

If you go to a maternity store and get measured they should know what they are doing and be able to give you some assistance. The bras I got I made sure the back latch could go bigger if I needed, and that I had plenty of room in the cup. Make sure you do get measured, because when I did I was way bigger than I thought I was. You also should not wear under wire not only while breastfeeding, but while pregnant either if you plan on breastfeeding (for future reference). It restricts a milk producing gland on the under side of your breast. Good Luck, and Congrats!

i'm guessing the XL nursing shirt may well be nice. even no remember if it incredibly is a sprint massive it is okay. i don't think of it would be very delicate for issues to be very tight besides when you have the newborn. As for the bra, it incredibly is a little greater complicated. I consistently waited until when I had the newborn to make certain what length i mandatory. perhaps you may order between the size you think of might artwork. this form you have one for once you're interior the medical institution and something again homestead in. See how that works and then make certain what you will elect after that. i might wait until your milk is provided in as nicely because of the fact your length will replace. good success and congrats.....

Go to a maternity store and get fitted for a good bra.
They will know how to measure you and what to suggest.
You'll get a little bigger in the first few days postpartum when you are engorged, but then they'll go back down some.
Some nursing bras have adjustable cups so that they can be made a little bigger or smaller.
