to make a long story short, I'm always uncomfortable around this guy, even when he's not doing anything to me, and it's literally eating away at me. He only made sexual comments to me about 2 months ago, but I consider it sexual harassment. There is nothing left I can do. he sits near me in class sometimes and makes faces and noises at me. I already reported him - I can't report him again for just doing stuff like that. I've tried ignoring him, telling him to stop, everything! Please help!

If he is still harassing you, you do have the right to report him agian. If you are uncomfortable with this guy around you- especially because of past harassment- you have every right to demand he be kept away from you. Go talk to your principal or disciplinarian about the problem. If no action was taken from the last time you reported him, then thats another problem. You shouldn't have to suffer because you had the guts to stand up and report him for doing something wrong. It is the teachers responsibility to keep him from approaching you. Push the issue!

You're giving him exactly what he wants, since trust me, he's more into making you miserable than getting in your pants. Try embarrassing him, don't be afraid. if he whispers something to you, say it back outloud and walk away. Or tell him politely but loud enough for everyone in class to hear you that he's bothering you, then move to another seat. If nothing you've done before has worked, it's probably because you've been trying to be civil about it, which doesn't work with this type of people.
Now you might be too shy to pull this off, in which case you could resort to woman's oldest yet most effective weapon: tears. Make sure to get a couple of reliable witnesses, break in tears in front of them, (fake or by remembering how miserable he's been making you) then call the cops and explain the situation in front of a school counselor (make sure to use the words "sexual harassment"). The cops won't be able to do nothing but their mere presence will make anyone insensitive enough not to listen to you the first time think twice about the situation and take matters more professionally.

Do not give up! You need to shrug him off. That is why he is messing with you. He knows that he is getting next to you. If you do not want to sit beside him in class. Talk to the teacher after class and explained the situation and tell her how uncomfortable you are. Really tell the teacher how much of a distraction he is! In fact, give the teacher a print out of your blog for that date.

go to the police station and file sexual harassment restraint against him and have the police to send a paper to the school so the principal would take ur report seriously.

If he knows he's having an effect he will continue to do things to make you feel uncomfortable. You need to completely ignore him, he will get bored if there's no reaction or effect and realise he's wasting his time.

Yes please, don't give him any chance. Report this to the authority again. Don't remain silence over it.

Plus, please keep your parents in the loop. And your close friends too, just in case he rape you.

Once, my female class mate came to me and another guy, we went over to warn him, and it never did happened again.

Do something. Shame him. He is just a bully, and if you remain silence, he will advance to the other stage.

Can you change where you sit in class? It would be good to avoid this goofball.

I don't know if you hold any beliefs...but prayer may do wonders.

Best wishes!
