Ok thxs if i dont know how to fix this im going 2 2be in bigg troble :( ok you know when u open ur computer where u can press the start button and stuff like that ur toold bar ithink itz called well yea mine is now at theleft hand corner i need it 2 be on the bottom acrros the bottom not acroos the left so plz how do i fix this? i dont know how i got it acroos the left side but i need it 2 be on the bottom plz plz i beg help anything just explian it to me plz fast plz plz :)

how do i click it how do i drag it like the arrow wont let me put it down where i need it?

just click and drag it.
pick a a part of the toolbar, click and hold.. drag to where you want it.. (it will only work on the borders though.. top, bottom, side.. etc) and then let go when its where you want it.
Dont click on the START button though. You need to click on an empty part of the toolbar.
Also, you wont see it actully move until its in position. I mean, you will drag it and not until your mouse reached the bottom of the screen will you see it appear there.. up until then it may look like nothing is happening.

right click it and check it isn't locked which it probably wont be if you've just done it and then drag it by holding left mouse button on it back to the bottom. or you might try system restore to yesterday or the closest you can to today

Click it in the middle and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
