I am divorced and I met a really sweet divorced guy we started dating and I developed strong feelings for him.He tells me almost every day that he doesnt know what he would do without me and how much he loves me.We have never had sex but when we are together the sparks fly anyway just before Thanksgiving his ex wife annouced that she wants to work things out with him,so she moved back in with him.He still tells me how much he loves me and that she can never have with him the understanding that I have.I feel used and stupid because I wont let him get to me any more and I'm starting to date other guys,Any advise?

Good for you!!!! It is refreshing to see someone on here that has good sense enough not to let someone else use them and make a fool out of them to boot. You did the right thing by cutting him loose. Since you are already starting to date other men...sooner or later you will meet the right one for you.

You are doing the right thing.
Forget about him and move on. He has already declared that he is moving on (honestly though it's never a good idea to get back with an ex, so he's probably screwed). I mean, what does it say about him when he so easily gets swayed over back to his ex again? He's obviously very weak, and you won't want that since it would have likely happened to you too in the future.

Keep dating the other guy. Do you even know that his wife is an ex? He is probably still married. That was a very good move not giving him any sex. Keep it that way with any guy. You will weed out the ones just interested in one thing by not giving it up.

look, one thing is that the ex (well, the wife) wants to work things out and another is that he let her moved in!!! why in hell would he let her live with him again if he is in love with you? what does he mean by "she can never have..." that means HE WILL BE WITH HER IN THE FUTURE AND WONT GO AWAY. why couldnt he say: dont worry, I'll divorce her because i want to be with you.
you feel used because you thought you had a relationship with him but the thing is that he was in a relationship and he just cant be with you unless he gets legally separated/divorced.
move on, it hurts but dont be the stupid who stay with the guy because he'll change.
start dating again and forget about the loser that doesnt have enough balls to finish his marriage.

Lets be frank, all respect for you. You were his rebound and it's not that he used you but all go through hard times in a divorce. For your sake don't contact him anymore and let him try and fix his problems with his ex. If he accepted that from her it's probably b/c he still has feelings for her that are worth saving the marriage. Moving on with YOUR LIFE is exactly what you need.

If he feels he needs to give things another try with his wife, that's his choice. But he can't have you both. You did the right thing by starting to date and not talking to him anymore!
My best advise is to stay strong! Just because this guy doesn't know his a$$ from his elbow doesn't mean he can drag you down with him. On to bigger and better honey.

Keep on doing what you are doing, dump him, and NEVER go back to him, as he has revealed how he thinks now. In other words, if you moved in, but his ex wanted to see him, he would go to her. Two nookies, is better than one. lol He just wants to have a piece at home and something outside when he gets bored. He does not love you and that was when he let his ex move in.

If he were really done with his ex, he would not have allowed her to move back in. He may have feelings for you, but if he is going to work on his marriage, that is your cue to go. Do not invest any more of your emotions on someone who is dividing his attention between 2 (or more) women.

Why in the heck would he let his EX-WIFE move back in if he didn't want things to work out? She couldn't move her stuff in without his approval. Sounds like he wants things to work out with his ex-wife.
Stay busy is my advice.

Tell his ex wife about you and then cut all ties with this guy. He will only lie and keep doing it also he will be with the both of you if you let him your choice gl.
