Number one if they were told to check and repair, check the r/o and see if you were charged for it if you were i would find another shop to check it and repair the problem, GET THE REPAIR ORDERS AND COMPAIR THEM.once repaired take to the original shop and confront them that you want them to refund the repair.if they dont want to give your money back take them to the Better Business Bureau,if that doesnt work got to small claims court. first rule of business dont ever piss off a female customer as they generally know about twice as many people to tell their dealings with a bad shopand guys believe me word of mouth travels very fast most of my customers are married but the wives bring in the cars

So you asked them to do something and they didn't do it. I'm going to start by assuming that you didn't pay them for it. If I'm right, then you're in luck, they sounds like a poor shop, I'd take it elsewhere and get it fixed right. Fortunatly anti-freeze is not that expensive and you can drive it for a little while without any (but not too far, WATCH YOUR ENGINE TEMP). If there are no other shops near by you'll have to get it towed somewhere (or just keep adding coolant ever 10 min, depending on how bad the leak is), that will cost, but at least you won't be getting work done by that first crappy garage.

If you HAVE paid for the work they didn't do it's a problem THEY should tow your car and fix it for no additional cost, you have to just bug them till they do it.

There's not much connection between the fuel pump and your cooling system. If the fuel pump needed replacement, that wouldn't affect engine cooling problems you might also have had. It might seem like a coincidence to you that you all of a sudden had the overheating or coolant leakage problem, but it was just a coincidence in all likelihood.

I don't know what vehicle we are talking about. Who diagnised the fuel pump problem?? I would guess you drove it to the shop ?? That would have been difficult with no fuel. I also suspect you are at the dealer. Never go to a dealer except for warranty work. The radiator problem. You go to auto repair for car problems. You go to radiator repair shop for overheating problems. Problem solved

Did you bring it to them for the water leak or the fuel leak? Did they replace the fuel pump because it wasn't starting.? Need more info, to be able to answer your question.

the radiator has nothing to do with the fuel pump. if you did not pay to have the overheating fixed why would they?

If your repair statement says they fixed it, and they didn't and you paid for the repair, they have to repair it of refund your money by law. If you paid for this repair, you may have to take them to small claims court.
