Have a friend that owns ring-tones put their sim card in your phone and have them save their ring-tones to your phone.

If your phone has bluetooth simply have someone send u some of their tones through the bluetooth. If u do not want to do it that way u could create them yourself. It is fairly simple to do the only problem I am having is sending them to my phone through a bluetooth dongle but if u have a usb data cable or a sd card then I can give u step by step instructions on creating your own.
