While I know nothing about runway shows, I can give you some general tips about public appearances:
- Drink sparingly so you don't feel pressured to run to the restroom at the last moment
- If you wear corrective lenses, take them out/off - if you can't see people's eyes you can freeze up
- Breath evenly and deeply
- Remember that not everyone has the courage to get up in front of people - so don't worry what anyone else is thinking
- Relax
- Have a great time

don't trip and enjoy the show, you've proabably practiced enough for what comes natural by now.
