running ankles weight and work out twice a day 6 days a week... morning cardio and night time weight lifting

well consume lots of protein and lift
of course what kind of lifting you do will greatly vary your results
I would recommend a little lower weight, slow controlled repetitions...the amount your lifting won't be as huge and your muscles might not get as big, but you'll gain much more strength this way, which will be way more beneficial in the long run

Run up and down stadium stairs, or run in a pool.
