This is for a bridal shower and we want to give the bride to be a corsage made out of a dishtowel and small kitchen gadgets, like measuring spoons, chip clips, sponge, etc. Any ideas?

You are talking about a rather huge corsage, aren't you? What about going to a craft store like Michael's and getting miniature kitchen gadgets to put on her corsage? Go to the section that has miniature doll house items. You'll find flour sacks, rolling pins, silverware, pots, pans, etc, etc.You could make her a nice corsage, and hot glue these items to long ribbons, that you attach. If you still insist on a big corsage, you could make it out of a football mum. Wrap her gifts in the dishtowels.

Pretty much everything that's been mentioned has been in my kitchen. I'm a cook, and many people over the years have found the ''perfect'' gift for me - something I don't have. You know why I don't have it? Because I don't want it. LOL I would have to say that the rice cooker was probably the most useless. Who can't cook rice? (Oh yea. My friend Della. She has it now, and loves it.) The thing that I have the most of are knives. Cheap knives. I just don't throw them out and they are useless. If I could give advice to a young person setting up a kitchen - get good knives. Spend lots and get the best. Good knives last a life time. Instead of what I did; keep buying cheap knives every few years.

most good kitchen stores will have extra small whisk, rolling pins, graters etc, you can cut a sponge smaller, wrap wire to the end of each thing you collect and then twist all the wires together and scrunch the towel around the wired end and wrap with kitchen string. You could use paper towels or rubber gloves insttead of the teatowel, Craft stores should have really miniture things if you want to go that way........have fun....good luck
