The story is ... My teen "friend" told me in September that she was pregnant. Then a week or so later, she told me that she lost the baby (bleeding a lot). The next time I talked to her, which was about a week later, she said she was pregnant again. I thought it sounded kind of weird, but I let it fly. Then yesterday she text messaged me with something like "I had the baby!!" I didn't realize until this morning in the bus that it meant that the baby had to be of fourth months. I know it's nine months for a full pregnancy, but is there the least bit of possibilty that this is true? I asked her where she was and that I wanted to go and visit, and she went off on me. Now I realized that something IS wrong about this situation. I'm going to play along for now and see if she comes out and tells me that she's lieing (if she is). I called the hosiptal and asked to conect me to her room, and the operator said "There's no patient by that name." She's lieing isn't she? Help!
Peace & Happiness.

Has to be a lie, there is no way a baby born at 4 months (around 16 weeks) would survive. She may have had the child still born I suppose. A baby at 16 weeks weighs less than 10 oz and is only about 6.5 inches long and the vital organs have just began to develope on their way to support a life in 5 months.

yea based on what you've said, you've got a fibber on your hands. and she really isn't worth talking to. A baby "can" be born after 4 months, but it would be so tiny that the possibility of it surviving are slim to none. as none of the major organs are fully developed all the way. And if someone has a miscarriage theyre in the hospital for a while and they go through this whole process, medical appts, counseling if needed, and it takes way more than week for her to go back doing the nasty.

Geez what a wierdo.! No she cant have a baby at 4months. I am 4 months and the baby barely has skin now. Thin skin at that. It is not fully developed to be even able to stay alive. If she had a baby at 4 months she wouldnt be happy about it.
Cut people like this out of your life. She needs serious help! all she is trying to do is get attention.

Sounds like you're being played. While premature babies are being saved earlier and earlier, the chance of a 4-month fetus surviving even a few minutes after birth are close to zero. Changing her story and refusing to permit a visit that would verify her claim are highly suspicious.

There is no way a fetus would survive at 4 months. That would be a miscarriage. I have to say the poor girl has to be lying.

If her baby was born after 4 months gestation the baby would not survive.

Yes, she's lying.

There was once a girl in my school who said she was pregnant and two weeks later she said she miscarried by "throwing up her baby"!

Your friend is a pathological liar. And if you cant see that then something is wrong. Something tells me that you and your friend are a little young if she's telling you stories like that and you're believing it.

Your friend has issues and is trying to get attention. Tell her to quit lying to you and everyone else. You should also emphasize that you don't hang out with liars.
