I think you mean the song "Overkill" (it's on one of the "Men at work" albums).
The Scrubs episode is also called "My overkill".

Hey, if you're a Colin Hay fan check out anything that Zach Braff is involved with. He's apparently a huge fan and has used Colin Hay on the soundtracks of Garden State and Last Kiss, as well as in episodes of Scrubs.
