I think we exist, in some form or the other. How our existence is perceived depends on what's looking at us. 'Real' is only a word and does not define existence.
For humans, if it can be perceived by at least one of the five obvious human senses, it is thought to exist. Then again, there are things thought to exist, that cannot be seen. Whatever can be seen, felt, heard, to another human, does seem to exist. But that doesn't mean that someone or thing doesn't exist if you cannot see it. And it also doesn't mean that it also exists to something that's not human(i.e., do you exist to a tree? and how sure are you that a tree doesn't 'think').
Someone once told me that if you think, you exist. I don't think you have to think, or even feel, to exist. In my opinion as a human being, anything that PARTICIPATES in the known environment EXISTS.
But, if you've ever seen the movie Matrix, you may rethink what existence may mean. In the movie, humans like us exist, but they are part of a program that makes them think they exist. They DO exist, but not in the current human sense.
By the way, I think technology is very capable of producing such a program. In any case, if you can participate in your surroundings, then yes, you are here (wherever HERE may be), and you exist to anything that can see, feel, or hear you, or that can be influenced or affected by you.

we are the difference between what indifference vs existance is. We are love in form with thought and free will. I can prove loves existence scientificly if you want to PM me about that go ahead. And after proving love I can then bring a ton of other things into the picture. So if you feel like your looking for the answers to some very hard questions I suggest you keep on doing what your doing and look for the right questions.

Tell me, how do you "put aside" philosophy to answer this question? Would you say "food aside, what do you think of tuna casserole?" Both go hand in hand with the other.
It is not important to find an answer to whether we exist it or not. It is mankind's ability to conceive and question such notions that is remarkable.
In other words, questions like "do we exist?" and "what is the meaning of life?" are only there to pump the juices in our brain and force us to conceive things beyond what we see and hear in everyday normal life. Everyone can argue to death about these questions but the truth is...there is no answer, just the pursuit of an answer.

Show me where ANY of the following philosophers deny their own existence:
Plato
Aristotle
Descartes
Liebniz
Spinoza
Locke
Berkely
Hume
Kant
Frege
Russell
James
Wittgenstein
Popper
Your statement/question is a fine example of a "straw man" - a belief invented to be easy to refute. Noone says we do not exist - this "moronic" philosophy does not exist.

Some poeple think so.
but an old teacher of mine told me once, that imagine taht life was like the game 'The Sims" (if you've ever played it...). One major being (the player) controls the loives and relationships of all these little people inside that computer. And ya never know, the poeple THINK that they're living there lives out, with freedom, free will, etc. But they're unaware that its really the player thats completely controlling them. its a freaky thought, but i always thought it was kinda cool!

Whether or not we exist is essentially a philosophical question. You can't get around that.
Even if you think it's ridiculous, it does force you to start thinking about what exactly it means to exist. Do thoughts exist? If so, in what way do they exist comparably to human beings? What does it mean to not exist? Etc., etc.

anthonypaullloyd's needs to read the Ancient Greek philosopher's writings of Sextus. He does a pretty good job of proving you can not know for certain.

PINCH yourself REAL hard. If it hurts, then you're real.
If it doesn't, then maybe you're not.
