my mom wouldn't let me get my bellybutton pierced so i told her that if she wasn't gunna take me to get it done i was going to do it myself so i got a 14 gage needle and did it myself so should i be able to feel the bar through my skin????

That shouldv'e given you a clue when your mom told you NO, there was a reason she said that! Doing it yourself was in-itself wrong! But since you already did it, the answer is still NO! you should't be feeling the bar. You are asking for a major infection. You need to go see a piercer or a doctor and get some advice/help as soon as possible. Unless you want a big scar (for the rest of your life) where you wanted your beautiful bar to be!

but probably the hole u pierced is too small for a regular belly ring to fit.
i uggestu use any other ring which looks nice
gl make sure u clean it well
the simlest way is to soak it with salt solution and put any anti bacterial / anti fungal cream id it gets infected

No--you definitely shouldn't feel it. You might not have pierced it deep enough into your navel. I would take it out before you get a nasty infection.

okay here is whats gonna happen.. the skin will rip apart and you will have a scar- happened to me. i suggest you take it out immediately and get a professional to do it sweetie.
