A common misconception is that an annulment can be filed for a short marriage. Length has nothing to do with qualification for an annulment...fraud or misrepresentation (among other things) must exist for an annulment to be granted and this can be filed after any length of a marriage but there are strict guidelines that vary state to state.
Most likely you'll have to file a divorce. There are several types: uncontested (easier, cheaper to file) and contested. Depends on if you have joint property or if you have children.

It's called an annulment. Before one year is up that is what you can get. After a year it's a divorce.
