Ok, since all these answers give you nowhere close to an answer, I'll take a crack at it.
There is gravity on the Moon. However, the gravity on the Moon is about 1/6 of Earth's gravity.
The widely accepted figure for Earth's gravitation is an average of 9.81 m/s^2 of acceleration...
So, every second an object will fall 9.81 m/s faster.
On the Moon, the gravity is 1/6 of Earth, so we can safely assume that an object will accelerate towards its surface at 9.81/6...
So, the acceleration would be: 1.64 m/s^2...
Now, using simple physics and a couple of assumptions we can decide how fast an object would be travelling once it hit the ground from 20 stories up.
20 stories = about 200 feet = 60.96 meters
Now, since there is no atmosphere on the Moon there is no drag, so this makes the problem very simple.
v = a*t... the time it would take an object to fall from 200 ft is calculated as such:
y = 60.96 = .5*a*t^2... where a = 1.64 m/s^2
so t = 8.62 s...
An object falling from 200 ft would hit the ground on the Moon at...
v = a*t = 1.64*8.62...
The velocity of the object (in your case a human) would then be...
v = 14.136 m/s, or about 31.6 miles per hour.
Most likely, if you were unprotected, this would kill you as you would hit the ground with the force of a 32 mph car crash into a wall. And if it didn't kill you, you would be seriously injured, and since there aren't many hospitals on the Moon... :)

What is likely to kill you when you jump / fall from a height is the decelleration you experience when you hit the ground. This decelleration exerts forces on your body, the amount of force can be compared by considered the potential energy you would have on the moon versus earth.
Potential energy = mass x height x accel. due to gravity
The moon's gravity is about 1/5 that of the earth's so assuming you jump with similar shoes onto similar soil (because the decelleration is depend on the spring constant of the impacting bodies), a 20 storey jump on the moon will be about the same as jumping 20 x 1/5 = 4 stories on earth.
So yes you can die - but you might live if you are lucky!

Since there are no 20 story buildings on the moon, you couldn't die from falling off one. Therefore, the answer to your question is no.
But let's assume you fell from the equivalent height of a 20 story building -- about 200 feet. The acceleration due to gravity on the moon is about 1/6th that of the earth, or 162 cm/sec^2. So let's do some simple physics:
d = 0.5*at^2, where a = the gravitational acceleration, assuming that your initial velocity was zero
200 feet = 60.96 meters
60.96 meters = (0.5)(1.62 m/sec^2)*(time)^2
(time)^2 = 2*(60.96 meters)/1.62m/sec^2
time = 8.68 seconds to fall 60.96 meters
now, the velocity you would achieve from a standing start would be:
v = a*t = 1.62 m/sec^2 * 8.68 sec = 14.05 m/sec = 46.11 feet/sec
46.11 feet per second is 31.44 miles per hour.
On the Earth, that would be about the same velocity you'd achieve jumping from a height of about 33 feet (10.07 meters), or about a three story building.
So, yes, you could probably hurt yourself falling from that height on the moon. If you landed correctly, you could survive; if you landed on your head, it would be pretty serious.
More likely would be that you'd rip your spacesuit, and lose all your air.

ok the toddler became on the floor floor of the 20 storey construction and purely toppled over so the toddler had a fall on the floor floor of a 20 storey construction, yet because of the fact it did not fall to a strategies it lived. Does that specify it? ha

Well let me make a formula. Jump on earth multiply by 5. The answer multiply something to get 20 stories. That something is the answer where it's like how high jump on earth you get pain on moon. I mean the number of jumps on earth high. So estimatedly it could make you go to a hospital but not killed.

i dont know cas i havent tried
well i actually ive never been to the moon
wait since when is there a 20 story building on the moon
well if there was wouldnt you think you would drift down slowly
i mean when you walk and jump you slowly come back down
so i guess it would be imposible
maybe we sould tell NASA and have some one try it
well like push them out of the rocket
from which the rocket would be about 20 stories high from the ground and then they can contact you and tell you telling you what happened
i think the guy who got pushed off will be very mad and go crazy at them
but i say they will NOT die

There is gravity on the moon, just 1/5 of that on earth. You would still fall, and hit pretty hard - probably hard enough to kill you.
Fortunately, there aren't any buildings on the moon.

Because there is no gravity I don't think you would die because you wouldn't fall unless they colonized the moon and crated gravity in some sort of bubble like enclosure.

you can die doing pretty much anything, but i doubt it because there is no gravity there so youll just float down, it would actually prolly be very fun
