Tools then internet options, then clear history. Clear your cookies and temp internet files while you're there.
But if they're the least bit comp literate they'll still find it. You'll just make it not so obvious. Clearing the history is a BIG clue you've been up to something!

You can do this, but they may be still able to find out...
Go to Tools > Internet Options and then Clear History. You may also want to delete your cache files.

right click on the Internet icon on your desktop, shaped like a blue e. Left click Internet properties then delete cookies, delete files, clear history.

In Internet Explorer, click on tools, select internet options and you'll see "browsing history" click on "delete" and that's it.

Click on "Tools" select "internet Options" and click on "clear history" Then click OK. You are done.
