Where you ever in an auto accident or injured at any point in time?? Basically what spasms are is your muscles are trying to heal from an injury and the only way they can do that is by exercising themselves...I know it may sound dumb but I see a chiropractor and that's what he said that means...but in order for them not to hurt...take a hot shower or better yet a hot tub..and just soak in there and when ever they start coming on just massage them so your muscles know that what its doing is good and not bad...if you massage your muscles if will stretch them out and it wont make the spasms hurt so bad and them it will make you have LESS spasms...Anything else ask me!

you might have a lack of potassium in your diet. you should eat a banana every day or take a potassium vitamin. I used to get them alot also as well as my mother in law. Maybe you have a foot injury and it is affecting your leg and going up and affecting the rest of your body like I did which is because of pinched nerves in the body somewhere which is very painful.

I would see a doctor about this - it could be a permanant condition you will have to live with or it could be something that could be temporary...like nutritional deficiency or stress...

when I'm stressed out my eyelid spasms...it is wierd...

Your challenge is quite odd. i have self assurance you've the spontaneious combustion syndrome. it truly is a uncommon sickness from the Mongolian area and hails from the Yeti anal surroundings. the really remedy is to insert a catheter into the anal surroundings. Then slowly pull out your tongue and position it onto your spouse and gag.....DEEPLY. If not dealt with in a seventy 2 hour time span, you'll combust, and decease from existance. it truly is all. thanks, come back.

No, not normal. May indicate imbalance in nutrients or dehydration, or some other more serious issues.

If it's buggin you, talk to a doctor.

It could be "misfiring of nerves" My father and I both have problems like this and it's linked to pinched nerves in our spinal cords
