Network 2 computers for gaming?

How do I network 2 computers to play HALO multiplayer??

just buy a switch and a couple of network cables to run from both computers to the switch. Then choose the LAN option in the game to play on the Local Area Network you just set up.

you can also buy a wireless switch or router to do it wireless. but then you will have to buy wireless cards for each computer if they don't already have them. If the computers are relatively close together and you don't mind the cables, the first option is the best. I personally hate wireless.
