Ive never heard a bose radio, but a few yrs back my upstairs neighbor had a bose system and when I would have people at my party I would get him to play this cd he has of all kind of sounds. The 2 I liked best was the helicopter and the airplane. It sounded like the chopper was landing on the roof and the airplane was sounded like it was close enough you could touch it. It was great!! It would freak people out the first time they would hear it.

Bose Wave Radio is the best radio of it kinds

They are awesome!! There home theatre systems are awesome too!! Out of my price range though.

i think it sounds like any other stereo system
